I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM PROF. BIJAYENDRA SINGH. HE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE PROCESS TO ME IN A WAY THAT WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN WAITING FOR ANY APPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE HAD WITH HIM. THE OPERATION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND THE SCAR IS VERY NEAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SURGEON AND THE PROCESS I HAVE GONE THROUGH TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH MY THUMB.

I had two shoulder replacements performed by Prof Singh, one in January 2016 and one in March 2017. They have both been complete successes and I could not be more delighted. Before the operation my shoulder movements were both restricted and very painful; I now have full pain free mobility. Prof Singh is not only an excellent surgeon but is a delightful person with superb interpersonal skills. From the very onset of my treatment he kept me fully informed of the process and procedures, which helped to alleviate any fears that I might have. More importantly, perhaps, his post operative follow ups were both reassuring and constructive. The post operative period can be daunting when the hard work of physiotherapy begins. His insistence on what could be achieved motivated me to work hard to get mobility back. Now that I have been discharged from his care I will miss my visits to KIMS.
